Position Overview
Empower Physical Therapy is growing and looking to add a Full-time or Part-time Physical Therapist to its Outpatient Orthopedic clinic in Wasilla, AK.
Whether you're a new grad or an experienced therapist, you’ll find mentorship, autonomy, and growth potential—including a path to management if desired.
What You'll Do
Treat a general orthopedic caseload in a dynamic private practice setting
See patients of all ages – opportunities in vestibular and pelvic health available
The expectation for full-time is to see 44 patients per week. All care is 1-on-1 provided during 45 minutes sessions. Provider autonomy over schedule. No overlapping of patients unless you as the therapist see the need for your patient to stay longer.
Flexible schedule with no weekends or holidays

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: The compensation for this full-time position starts at $95,000, but with experience expect to make over $100,000.
Bonus/Relocation Support: Sign-on or relocation assistance available

Work Schedule
Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm
Full-time preferred: 40 hours/week
Part-time considered: Minimum 16 hours/week 2 weekdays of availability
Who We're Looking For
Eligible for Alaska PT licensure
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Outpatient ortho experience preferred, but new grads are welcome!
