Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 DOE

Career Success Schools is seeking an experienced K-12 School District Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions across our growing Arizona charter school organization.

This position serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, principals, and school administrators while overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, investigations, policy administration, and organizational development.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field

• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint clearance card

• Minimum five (5) years of Human Resources experience in a K-12 public school district, charter school organization, or educational institution

• Experience supporting certificated teachers, principals, administrators, and classified staff

• Experience with Arizona Department of Education requirements and educator certification processes

• Experience with Arizona charter school regulations and compliance requirements

• Strong knowledge of Arizona employment law, employee relations, investigations, and performance management

• Must reside within the Phoenix metropolitan area
