Requirements: - Psych experience is a big plus. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred) - Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Illinois - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a long-term care facility - Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare operations - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Passion for serving the elderly population with dignity and compassion - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
