We are seeking skilled and experienced Leasing consultants for upcoming opportunities at apartment communities near NE/NW, DC area. Our clients are looking for employees who have a great personality to make follow-up calls to schedule tours, provide excellent customer service, and help prospects find an amazing apartment they are excited to call home.
We offer part-time and full-time schedules scattered schedules and single-day pick-ups!
Qualifications:
- Take special care and pride in helping new and existing residents
- Multi-family leasing experience; calling from the queue, scheduling tours, completing guest cards, showing apartments & beyond
- **Fair Housing expertise** - "What you do for one, you must do for all!" - The seven federally protected classes are race, religion, national origin, color, familial status, sex, and disability. These classes or characteristics are protected under the federal Fair Housing Act.
- Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person"
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow instructions assigned by supervisor
