Qualifications:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations, including tenant screening, lease management, rent collection and maintenance coordination
- Screening potential tenants through background checks and credit reports
- Negotiating lease agreements and ensuring compliance with rental terms
- Advertising vacant units to attract new tenants
- Showing properties to potential tenants
- Problem-solving abilities to address tenant issues and maintenance concerns
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years as Assistant Property Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations
- Strong organizational skills
- Preferred Affordable Housing & Tax Credit experience
- Must have Lease Up experience
- Must have Yardi experience
