Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay: Up to $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Career Strategies is hiring a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a busy Kansas City community. This full-time position covers a wide range of maintenance and repair duties.
Responsibilities
Complete daily work orders for general repairs and troubleshooting
Perform make-readies to prepare vacant units for new residents
Handle routine general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, appliance repair
Assist with groundskeeping (GK) to keep the property clean and safe
Deliver excellent customer service to residents and staff
Requirements
Valid driver’s license required
Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
