Apartment Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)
Location: Siler City, NC
Pay: $18–$22/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

Career Strategies is seeking a Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Siler City, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Perform painting, cleaning, and light drywall repair
• Handle light electrical and plumbing repairs
• Assist with HVAC tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of units and common areas

Requirements:

• Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
