Apartment Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)
Location: Siler City, NC
Pay: $18–$22/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM
Career Strategies is seeking a Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Siler City, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Perform painting, cleaning, and light drywall repair
- Handle light electrical and plumbing repairs
- Assist with HVAC tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of units and common areas
Requirements:
- Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
