Apartment Leasing Consultant – Wausau, WIPay: $17–$19/hour DOESchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (occasional Saturdays)We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a local community in Wausau, WI. This role will assist with daily leasing operations, LIHTC application processing, and will also help process new lease-up applications for a new build in the surrounding area. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a compliance-focused environment.Responsibilities:Conduct property tours and provide exceptional customer serviceAssist with LIHTC application processing and compliance documentationProcess new lease-up applications for the new build communityMaintain accurate records, files, and applicant informationSchedule appointments, follow up with prospects, and manage inquiriesSupport leasing activities including move-ins, renewals, and reportingUphold property standards and ensure a positive resident experienceRequirements:Experience with LIHTC / Tax Credit housing requiredStrong administrative and organizational skillsDetail-oriented, dependable, and able to meet deadlinesProfessional communication and customer service abilitiesSales background is a strong plusAbility to work occasional Saturdays as neededIf you are an experienced Leasing Consultant with LIHTC background and strong administrative skills, we encourage you to apply for immediate consideration.Company DescriptionFounded in 1989, Career Strategies has built its foundation on listening to the needs of candidates and clients and finding the ideal match.
