We are seeking experienced and reliable leasing agents to help lease apartment communities. Our clients are looking for employees who enjoy working with a team and have a knack for warm and inviting customer service.
***Some Weekend Availability Preferred - Leasing consultants thrive on the weekends! ***
Apartment Leasing Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of leasing or related experience required.
- Familiar with Fair Housing laws
- Experienced with property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, KNOCK, CRM, ETC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information.
- Must be team oriented but able to work independently.
Apartment Leasing Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors (residents, future residents, and internal team members)
- Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, conduct property tours and promote attractive community features.
- Inspect units for move-ins to ensure units are ready.
- Review resident files to ensure documentation is accounted for and up to date.
- Provide a high level of customer service for residents and guests
