Career Strategies is actively seeking Bilingual Leasing Consultants (English/Spanish preferred) for apartment communities throughout San Diego County. We partner with conventional, affordable, student, senior, and lease-up properties, connecting strong leasing professionals with teams that need immediate support.

We’re looking for motivated bilingual candidates who communicate clearly, build rapport quickly, and can confidently guide prospects through the leasing process while supporting onsite teams from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist prospective residents in English and Spanish, creating a strong first impression
- Conduct engaging apartment tours highlighting community value, lifestyle, and features
- Build rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service throughout the leasing process
- Follow up with prospects to support lead conversion and leasing momentum
- Guide applicants through the leasing process and help convert traffic into signed leases
- Process applications, leases, and move-in paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with onsite teams regarding availability, pricing, and leasing activity
- Maintain organized guest cards, leasing files, and resident records
- Support occupancy goals and a positive resident experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous apartment leasing experience required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required or strongly preferred (based on assignment)
- Experience in conventional, affordable, student, senior, lease-up, or multifamily housing is a plus
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills in both languages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and adaptable mindset
- Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, or similar software preferred
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability required
- Team-oriented professionals who can support onsite operations with confidence
