Role Description
We are seeking high-energy Leasing Professionals to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This is a dynamic sales and hospitality role where you serve as the face of the community. You will be responsible for the entire resident journey, from the initial tour to the final lease signing and beyond.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Conversion: Perform all leasing activities: greet prospects, conduct professional community tours, qualify applicants, and close the sale to meet occupancy goals.
- Marketing & Outreach: Design and execute activities to drive traffic, including social media updates, monitoring listing sites, and assisting with resident referral programs.
- Onboarding: Manage the application process, including credit/criminal screenings and move-in package preparation, ensuring a seamless experience for new residents.
- Property Excellence: Daily inspections of the "marketing corridor" (leasing office, model units, and amenities) to ensure the property meets elite show-quality standards.
- Resident Relations: Respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns and lead the lease renewal program to maintain high retention rates.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate data in property management software (Yardi, OneSite, etc.) and assist with monthly reporting and file compliance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Previous Residential Property Management and Leasing experience (Required).
- Sales Savvy: Proven ability to follow up with prospects via phone and email to finalize leasing decisions.
- Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
- Tech-Fluent: Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, or Entrata) and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
