Location: Fond du Lac
Pay: $21–22/hour DOE

Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders and maintenance requests
- Perform apartment turns and make-readies
- Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and appliance repairs
- Assist with groundskeeping and property upkeep as needed
- Help prepare vacant units for new residents
- Provide professional customer service to residents and staff
Qualifications:
- Apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
