We are currently interviewing for an experienced and qualified groundskeeper that is comfortable with working outside providing groundskeeping support.
Porter/Groundskeeper Responsibilities:
- Enhance Curb Appeal: Keep our community inviting and well-maintained.
- Painting: Perform touch-ups and full unit repaints to maintain a fresh look.
- Trash Management: Collect trash and assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
- Power Washing: Clean building exteriors and pool areas for a sparkling finish.
- Pool Maintenance: Maintain a neat and organized pool area, including furniture.
- Janitorial Duties: Ensure cleanliness inside and outside of the property.
- Lighting: Replace bulbs along walkways and parking areas for safety and visibility.
- Resident Communication: Deliver notices with professionalism and a friendly approach.
- Team Support: Assist with various tasks to help operations run smoothly.
