Position Summary:We are seeking a strong and clinically driven Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations at our skilled nursing facility in the Cleveland area. The ADON will help ensure regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and high-quality resident care.Key Responsibilities:Assist the DON with oversight of nursing staff, scheduling, and daily clinical operationsSupport survey readiness and maintain compliance with state and federal regulationsMonitor clinical documentation for accuracy and timelinessProvide coaching, education, and support to nursing team membersParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control effortsAssist with admissions, assessments, and care plan oversight as neededHelp manage incidents, investigations, and performance improvement plansQualifications:Active Ohio RN license requiredPrior leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility preferredStrong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey processExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on nurse leader looking to grow within a supportive and team-oriented environment in the Toledo area.Equal Opportunity Employer#ZrLTC
