We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager with strong knowledge of Tax Credit requirements for a community cluster in need of support in Silver Spring, MD. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a rental property, including tenant screening (when necessary), rent collection, maintenance coordination, lease management, marketing vacant units, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, all while acting as a liaison between property owners and tenants to maintain the property's value and maximize income.

Qualifications:
- Documented Assistant Property Manager experience in the multi-family PM industry
- Ability to oversee and manager three small properties from main office location
- Tax Credit leasing experience; Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) experience is a plus!!
- Multi-family leasing experience; calling from the queue, scheduling tours, completing guest cards, showing apartments & beyond
