What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Career Strategies - Charlotte?
We are currently interviewing for an experienced and qualified technician with at least 1 year of onsite work experience and must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start a part-time position immediately. We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the Porter and/or maintenance position. The individual in this role must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
*WEEKLY PAY*
Daily Maintenance Task Expectations:
· Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
· Maintaining property grounds
· Plumbing
· Electrical
· Carpentry
· Drywall repair
· Painting
· Appliance repair
· Pool maintenance
· Preventative building maintenance
Job Requirements:
· General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
· HVAC/ EPA Certification is a MAJOR PLUS
