NOW HIRING: Part-Time Bilingual Leasing Consultant
Austin, TX 78723 | Up to $21/Hour
We are actively interviewing experienced Leasing Consultants to join our property management team in the Austin area! If you are energetic, customer-focused, sales-driven, and passionate about providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday
- Hours: 29 hours per week
- Pay: Up to $22 per hour
- Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 6 months of apartment leasing experience required
- Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish required
- Knowledge of apartment leasing practices and Fair Housing regulations
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Professional phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and resident-focused attitude
Preferred Experience:
Experience with property management software such as:
- YARDI
- MRI
- OneSite
- ResMan
- BlueMoon
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents
- Assist with leasing applications and resident qualification processes
- Prepare leasing documents and maintain accurate records
- Collect rent payments, deposits, and application fees
- Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
- Communicate property updates and community information in both English and Spanish
- Monitor and maintain shared community spaces
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process
