Our clients are looking for employees who have a great personality to make follow-up calls to schedule tours, provide excellent customer service, and help prospects find an amazing apartment they are excited to call home.
The schedule is Part Time! Wednesday - Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm weekly!
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with prospective residents through follow-up calls and personalized outreach
- Schedule and conduct community tours that showcase our apartments and amenities
- Guide prospects through the leasing process—from first contact to signed lease
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage leasing activity efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service that creates a welcoming and positive experience
- Collaborate with the Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Availability to work Saturdays is a plus!
- Previous multi-family leasing experience, including lead management, tour scheduling, and apartment showings
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing practices and commitment to compliance
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow direction and work both independently and as part of a team
