Accounts Payable Coordinator 💼 | $28–$35/hr | In-Office
Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a Miami law firm to recruit an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the accounting team! This is a full-time, in-office role with eligibility for 1 remote day per week after 90 days.
💰 Compensation: $28–$32/hour (based on experience)

👉 Law firm experience is a plus, but not required—we welcome candidates with a strong AP background in professional services.
What You’ll Do
- Process, code, and enter vendor invoices with accuracy
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare & issue payments (checks, ACH, wires)
- Track client expenses & firm costs
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts
- Support month-end and year-end close
- Maintain financial records for audits & compliance
- Generate AP aging, cash flow, and related reports
- Manage petty cash and IOLTA trust account entries
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience (law firm experience preferred)
✔️ Bachelor’s in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
✔️ Strong Microsoft Excel skills
✔️ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle high invoice volume
✔️ Excellent communication and vendor management skills
✔️ High integrity with confidential financial data
