About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced **Web Development Technical Lead** to lead the architecture, development, and technical direction of a high-traffic, cloud-based digital platform supporting mission-critical business operations and large-scale live events.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building scalable web applications, mentoring developers, and working with modern technologies in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in delivering reliable, high-performance digital experiences that support thousands of users during high-visibility events.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of modern web and mobile applications.

* Build and maintain cloud-native solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

* Design and manage headless CMS architectures using Strapi CMS (or similar platforms).

* Establish coding standards, best practices, and scalable application architecture while remaining hands-on with development.

* Ensure platform performance, reliability, and scalability during high-traffic production events.

* Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver innovative technical solutions.

* Drive code quality through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.

* Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across the engineering team.

Required Qualifications

* 7 years of professional web or application development experience, including experience in a Technical Lead or Senior Developer role.

* Strong hands-on expertise with:

* React Native

* React

* JavaScript

* TypeScript

* Next.js

* Experience designing, deploying, and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure.

* Experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Strapi CMS.

* Knowledge of scalable, high-availability application architecture.

* Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation.

* Familiarity with AI-powered development tools for coding, debugging, documentation, and software delivery.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
