Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Discovery Developer with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow Discovery solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CMDB, cloud resource discovery, automation, and infrastructure integrations, along with a strong understanding of enterprise cloud environments.
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Discovery Certification (Required).
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery implementation and support.
- Expertise in:
- MID Server Configuration
- Discovery Patterns
- Sensors
- Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
- CMDB Administration and Health Management
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP resource discovery within ServiceNow.
- Working knowledge of Python scripting and automation.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and networking.
- Proven troubleshooting skills related to Discovery, credentials, and integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AWS services and cloud-native environments.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, including:
- GitHub Copilot
- Amazon Q
- ServiceNow AI Capabilities
- Other GenAI-based development assistants
