Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite/Hybrid)
Required Skills:
- 15 years of program management experience leading complex, multi‑team initiatives.
- 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (provider, payer, health tech, or life sciences).
- Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of clinical workflows, EHR systems, claims, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), or healthcare operations.
- Experience working in HIPAA‑regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, capabilities, limitations, and use cases.
- Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, data pipelines, and cloud‑based AI platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI and digital transformation programs across clinical, operational, and administrative domains.
- Define program scope, milestones, KPIs, and measurable outcomes aligned with healthcare business needs.
- Partner with technical teams to design, evaluate, and deploy LLM‑based solutions (e.g., clinical documentation support, patient engagement tools, workflow automation).
- Translate healthcare business requirements into AI/ML technical specifications and implementation roadmaps.
- Support LLM deployment planning, including model selection, fine‑tuning, integration, and monitoring.
- Work with data teams to ensure high‑quality, compliant datasets for training and inference.
- Implement strategies to identify, measure, and mitigate hallucinations in LLM outputs, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Promote responsible AI practices, including transparency, bias mitigation, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Lead programs involving clinical workflows, payer systems, EHR integrations, claims processing, or population health analytics.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI/PII protection, and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with clinicians, payers, and operational leaders to ensure AI solutions align with real‑world healthcare needs.
