What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server - Seasonal position at Career Site Brand?
This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance, and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer service
- Will assist guests with cash, room, and credit card transactions
- Performs food-handling and service duties
- Answers questions relating to all F&B products
- Serving guests in pool areas, indoors in the restaurant, and completing multiple deliveries of food orders throughout the property
- Any other tasks that may be assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- Cash-handling experience preferred
- Serving experience with a sense of urgency and accuracy
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Food Handler's and an alcohol awareness card are required within 30 days of employment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience
- Minimum one year of serving experience required, more is a plus
- Food delivery experience desired
- Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries
- Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and be comfortable using POS computers for inputting transactions
- Must have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have comprehensive menu knowledge with the ability to up-sell items
- Must be able to clearly speak, write, and understand the English language
- Must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand work environment
- Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
