Shift: Weekends and Holidays required. Days off during the week.
Seasonal End Date: November 1, 2026
This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance, and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Greets all guests and provides exceptional customer service
- Will assist guests with cash, room, and credit card transactions
- Performs food-handling, food preparation, and service duties
- Periodic bar service coverage
- Answers questions relating to all F&B products
- Any other tasks that may be assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Cash-handling experience preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- ServSafe certification preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to learn how to operate a cash register and cash handling processes.
- Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries.
- Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and be comfortable using a cash register.
- Must have demonstrated exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Must have comprehensive menu knowledge.
- Must be able to clearly speak, write, and understand the English language.
- Must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand work environment.
