This role is responsible for delivering menu items to guests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner, including resort-wide pizza delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Completes assigned side-work duties.
- Communicates with kitchen, host and service staff to maintain efficiency and guest service.
- Communicates with bar staff to maintain efficiency and guest service.
- Communicates with each guest when delivering food items.
- Assists with removal of dirty dishes from tables between courses and at the completion of the meal.
- Assists with removal of trash during shift.
- Assists in getting ice and other bar items as needed.
- Assists in transporting beer and liquor from bar to Marketplace as needed.
- Assists in kitchen opening and closing procedures.
- Deliver pizzas to guests throughout both resort properties in a timely and professional manner.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
- Prior experience in the food industry preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years of age with an active driver's license an a year of driving experience.
- Any certification a plus.
