What You'll Do- Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with care plans.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition, needs, or daily routines to support updates to their care plans.
- Encourage participation in community programs, activities, and social engagement.
- Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment for all residents.
- Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with people.
- Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to make a difference in residents' lives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CNA or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required.
