We are partnering with a rapidly growing medical device company based in PA to identify a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) who will lead the next phase of growth and help scale the business from 30 – 70 territories. This role sits on the executive team and offers a unique opportunity for a commercial leader to operate at an enterprise level, driving both strategy and execution across a complex, multi-channel go-to-market model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a national commercial organization across multiple layers of leadership and field teams
- Expand territory coverage and drive market penetration across the U.S.
- Optimize and evolve channel strategy, including direct sales and reseller/distributor models
- Improve performance across the full revenue cycle, including referral generation, reimbursement approval, and patient utilization
- Build scalable infrastructure across sales operations, enablement, and performance management
- Partner closely with executive leadership on long-term strategy and growth planning
What We’re Looking For
- 10–15 years of commercial leadership experience in medical device, DME, or related therapy-driven markets
- Proven track record scaling revenue and building high-performing sales organizations
- Experience in reimbursement-driven models (Medicare, commercial payers, or similar)
