Corporate office location in the Knoxville area has immediate opening for a Senior Cost Accountant. This job is with a manufacturing organization that is growing steadily, by organic growth and acquisitions.
The Senior Cost Accountant reports to the corporate Controller. Will oversee inventory and cost accuracy for multiple divisions. Will interface Operations teams at various sites.
The corporation is currently in early phases of implementing a new ERP system. The Sr. Cost Accountant will help with the roll-out.
Responsible for the Standard Cost System; BOM updates; and Inventory reporting.
BS degree in Accounting (or similar) preferred.
