What You'll Do
- Prepare and process buyers guides and required documentation for all pre-owned vehicles
- Utilize tools to write accurate and compelling vehicle descriptions for online listings
- Perform data entry and maintain inventory records across internal systems
- Create and hang vehicle window stickers and price tags
- Support inventory merchandising — ensuring vehicles are properly staged and presented on the lot and online
- Serve as a Product Genius / Technology Specialist — learning BMW and MINI vehicle features to assist customers and the sales team with product knowledge and delivery
- Provide general administrative support to the Used Car Department as needed.

What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent written communication skills (vehicle descriptions, customer-facing content)
- Comfortable with technology — able to learn dealership software and digital tools quickly
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in the automotive industry a plus; BMW/MINI product knowledge not required — we'll train you
- Prior administrative, retail, or customer service experience preferred
