Summary:
International Sales Managers are responsible for working with distributors to maximize sales of Little Trees air fresheners in their assigned markets.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for distributors in all assigned territories.
- Work with distributors to develop strategies to maximize sales and solve challenges.
- Coach distributors on our products and best practices.
- Review reports and plans from distributors to align on strategy and achieve sales targets.
- Communicate expectations to distributor and work together to achieve them.
- Analyze sales trends in markets and make recommendations.
- Work with logistics team and distributors to address any issues with orders and shipping.
- Collaborate internally with other departments to resolve in-market issues.
- Identify new distributors as required.
- Travel to visit markets as required.
- Help train junior members of the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales or international marketing.
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in another language preferred
- 10% international travel.
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 DOE
