You’ll oversee service delivery, train and coach staff, and maintain compliance with state regulations—all while fostering a positive and therapeutic environment. Essentials:
- Oversee individualized support plans and ensure compliance with 245D regulations
- Supervise, train, and coach Direct Support staff to deliver exceptional care and provide substantial direct care
- Coordinate health services, appointments, and medication administration
- Manager staff scheduling and provide on-call support for coverage needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, audit files, and prepare outcome reports
- Monitor budgets and individual funds responsibly
- Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, and team members

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Disability Services or related field; prior supervisory experience preferred
- Familiarity with 245D licensing requirements and person-centered planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in documentation and compliance standards
- Valid Driver's License
- Flexibility to provide on-call support
- A combination of education and experience equivalent to meet DHS qualifications of a Designated Coordinator will be considered
