Job Description

Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Science and Technology (S&T) Program Manager / Coordinator to support the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and its ongoing Science and Technology portfolio. The individual should have expertise and recent experience in development and execution of complex technical tasks, applying analytical problem-solving methodologies, interfacing with Government and prime contractor personnel, and effectively allocating resources.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor taskers for the office through the Enterprise Access Management Service system. Review and route taskers to appropriate Program Officers as needed. Perform Quality Assurance (QA) review of responses prior to submission.
• Act as “Chief of Staff” for the Department ensuring that policies, procedures, and general information is disseminated throughout the Department.
• Perform Department wide information collection for various data calls and report, QA the information received, and generate consolidated documentation based on the inputs received.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current TOP SECRET Clearance.
• Recent experience in coordinating S&T development efforts with program schedules, performing technology assessments, and/or maintaining technology deployment/transition agreements.
• Expertise in assessing current requirements to assist in identifying technology development opportunities to address capability gaps and developing technology roadmaps for the transition of S&T programs.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with the transition of Naval R&D to the operational military.
• Experience in developing, coordinating, and supporting Navy S&T programs.
• Prior Active Duty Military experience.

EDUCATION: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from an accredited college or university plus 15 years of relevant work experience in a C5ISRT R&D environment, or a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university plus 20 years of relevant work experience in a C5ISRT R&D environment, or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university plus 25 years of relevant work experience in a C5ISRT R&D environment.
