Job Requirements
MINIMUM SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current TOP SECRET Clearance.
- Recent experience in coordinating S&T development efforts with program schedules, performing technology assessments, and/or maintaining technology deployment/transition agreements.
- Expertise in assessing current requirements to assist in identifying technology development opportunities to address capability gaps and developing technology roadmaps for the transition of S&T programs.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with the transition of Naval R&D to the operational military.
- Experience in developing, coordinating, and supporting Navy S&T programs.
- Prior Active Duty Military experience.
EDUCATION: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from an accredited college or university plus 15 years of relevant work experience in a C5ISRT R&D environment, or a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university plus 20 years of relevant work experience in a C5ISRT R&D environment, or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university plus 25 years of relevant work experience in a C5ISRT R&D environment.
