Responsibilities:
- Manage audit engagements and provide guidance to junior staff members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Contribute to the growth and development of the firm through business development initiatives
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other reports as required
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, preferably in a not-for-profit environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively
