Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role. Qualifications include a degree in Engineering or Computer Science, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience with ASP.NET, C#, REST API, SQL, and other relevant technologies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITIL practices, and data analysis is preferred.
