The Program Manager will collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical teams, utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements and establish global standards for operations. Key responsibilities include driving innovation, partnering with cross-functional teams, analyzing operational data, solving barriers, developing best practices, and leveraging analytics to support the business's future state. The successful candidate will operate confidently in an ambiguous environment, possess strong attention to detail, challenge and influence leaders, think strategically, and communicate data insights effectively. This role can be based in either Nashville or Bellevue corporate offices, and compensation varies based on geographic location and experience level.
