Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Cyber & Intelligence is seeking a System Engineer to manage Agile processes and implementation, coordinate and manage functional area testing for test integration and automation in support of CI/CD, and provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex hardware/software systems. Responsibilities include contributing to and developing systems engineering documentation, managing and gathering system requirements, assisting with the development of system and functional requirements, and coordinating cross-discipline resolution of actions from various meetings and reviews. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 5 years of professional experience or 3 years of experience with a related Master's degree. Desired skills include experience with Agile frameworks, Atlassian tools, SCRUM, Amazon Cloud Compute architecture, system engineering documentation, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile requirements management. A TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required for this role, and the work is performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility with a 9x80 schedule.
