Key responsibilities include understanding customer landscapes, supporting service delivery plans, analyzing technical requirements, presenting technical details to stakeholders, guiding customers on technical aspects, assessing security and network requirements, and conducting technical and operational reviews. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields, proficiency in customer communications and SAP products, 5 years of customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience, familiarity with cloud technologies, and expertise in SAP BASIS administration.
