Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute complex tax engagements
• Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting
• Review work prepared by staff and provide coaching to support their growth
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring compliance and offering strategic guidance
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams on special projects and technical research
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
• 4–7 years of combined tax and/or audit experience in a public accounting environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and audit standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and client-service skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
