Houston, TX (Onsite — 5 days per week)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tableau Developer to join our team in Houston, TX. This role requires a professional with strong expertise in Tableau, dashboard development, and database integration. You will work onsite full-time, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-impact data visualizations and reporting solutions.
Develop, design, and implement Tableau dashboards and reports to support business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Optimize data visualizations for usability, performance, and impact
Integrate and work with Oracle databases to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data
Utilize Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics workflows
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing Tableau solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of recent, hands-on experience with Tableau development
Strong experience designing and building interactive dashboards and reporting solutions
Solid database skills, with experience in Oracle databases
Proficiency with Alteryx for data preparation and analytics
Ability to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver business-focused solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details:
Onsite Requirement: Must be available to work 5 days per week onsite in Houston, TX
