We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in automated testing to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, contributing to cutting-edge projects and driving quality engineering initiatives.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.
Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration pipelines.
Ensure the overall quality of software by identifying gaps in testing and proposing improvements.
Maintain clear and detailed test documentation and reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and automated testing.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Playwright
Karate
Cucumber
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week
Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC.
