About the Role
We’re seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for full-time, school-based assignments. Under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you’ll help deliver therapy services, support students with communication challenges, and play an essential role in their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under SLP supervision
✅ Assist with the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
✅ Prepare therapy materials and activities aligned with treatment plans
✅ Document student progress, maintain service logs, and assist with reporting
✅ Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
✅ Support the use of evidence-based strategies and therapeutic technologies, including AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
✅ Help maintain equipment and organize therapy spaces
✅ Participate in professional development and training activities as required
Qualifications
Required:
✔ Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders or AA/AS Leveling Program
✔ Active SLPA license or certification (or eligibility) in the state of practice
✔ Valid Driver’s License
✔ Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Preferred:
✔ Previous experience in a school setting
✔ Familiarity with IEPs and educational documentation
✔ Cultural competency in working with diverse student populations
✔ Bilingual (a plus, but not required)
