Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Missouri. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care and help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and mentorship is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and modalities to support patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure through the New Mexico Physical Therapy Board.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
