Position Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
Evaluate and assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services aimed at improving function and quality of life
Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate patient records
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
Participate in the development of programs and services within the department
Support operational needs, present in-services, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred)
Must possess or be eligible for state licensure
Previous experience in LTC/SNF or inpatient rehab preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
