Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in a permanent, full-time position. This role offers a diverse mixed caseload, including hand therapy, outpatient adult rehabilitation, and inpatient skilled nursing facility (SNF) services. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient-centered, and motivated to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across multiple settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions
• Provide hand therapy services, including post-surgical and non-surgical upper extremity conditions (experience preferred, training available if needed)
• Deliver outpatient adult rehabilitation focused on functional independence and return to daily activities
• Provide inpatient SNF therapy services, collaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies
• Maintain compliance with state licensure, facility policies, and payer requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current state Occupational Therapist license (or eligible)
• Experience or interest in hand therapy, outpatient rehab, and SNF settings
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
