Position Summary
We are looking for a mission-driven, detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to join our team. In this role, you will manage CLTI's full recruiting cycle- from posting job listings and reviewing applications to evaluating AI-powered interviews, sending offer letters, and onboarding new interns. Your work will directly shape the team that powers CLTI's mission.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and people management- in a real organization, with real results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the coordination and execution of AI-assisted recruitment strategies at scale.
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks via data-driven approach.
- Operating AI screening agents to automate evaluation, interpreting quantitative and behavioral assessments.
- Scheduling interviews and maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Supporting the creation and posting of job descriptions, applying analytical insights to optimize fit.
- Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases for pipeline analysis.
- Participating in team meetings, providing data-informed progress updates, and collaborating on initiatives.
- Assisting in employer branding efforts, including outreach messages and materials for prospective candidates.
- Proposing quantitative observations or special projects applying academic knowledge to strengthen recruiting.
- Preparing reports and summaries on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and AI tool performance.

Program Deliverables
Throughout the 12 weeks, you will produce:
- Weekly job listings published across four platforms
- A managed candidate pipeline covering multiple roles from application to onboarding
- Final capstone presentation with pipeline metrics, key learnings, and a process improvement proposal

- Prior experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or people-facing roles is a plus but not required
