Given the wide range of plants and products the company manufactures, we will tailor the project to your unique set of experiences! Some project examples could include designing a new, optimized work center, experimenting with an improved cleaning method, identifying ways to reduce scrap/improve quality, automating a previously manual process, conducting time and material studies, or any other continuous improvement-oriented activities.

- Desired Major: Mechanical Engineer / Chemical Engineer
- Desired Class Year: Freshman or Sophomore
- Desired Skills:
- Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with multiple disciplines and management levels
- Project management skills to lead projects to successful conclusions
- Proven problem-solving aptitude
- Self-driven individual with high learning agility
