As an Investment Banking Associate, you’ll drive execution across multiple live deals while mentoring junior talent and engaging directly with clients. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on modeling expertise, and the ability to lead with clarity and confidence under pressure.
What You’ll Do:
- Own deliverables from pitch to close: models, CIMs, investor decks, and more
- Lead Analysts and coordinate with legal, client, and diligence teams
- Interface with C-suite executives and institutional investors
- Drive market research and identify opportunities that shape client strategies
- Work closely with Managing Directors on deal structuring and client communication
Ideal Candidate:
- 2–4 years of investment banking or transaction advisory experience, or MBA graduate with pre-MBA IB background
