With rapid growth and rising demand, we are expanding our team of Career Coaches & Admissions Consultants to handle a high volume of inbound consultations.This is a 1099 contractor role focused on running inbound admissions calls, enrolling qualified clients, and delivering paid coaching sessions. There is no cold calling and no prospecting.What You’ll DoThis role focuses exclusively on three core activities:1. Run Inbound Consultations (Demos)Conduct 30–45 minute virtual consultations with prospectsAsk strong discovery questions to understand goals, challenges, and urgencyAssess fit for the Career Launch AI program2. Close New EnrollmentsGuide prospects through a clear, structured admissions processPresent program value and outcomesHandle questions and provide clarity to aid decision-makingEnroll clients into the program with professionalism and empathy3. Coach Clients 1:1 (Paid Sessions)Deliver personalized job-search, interview, and career strategy coachingProvide structure, accountability, and actionable guidanceCoaching sessions are paid at $100/hourTopics may include resume strategy, networking, interview prep, leadership development, etc.No pipeline building. No lead generation. No outbound.You show up, run the calls, close, and coach.Who We're Looking ForRequired: Background in Finance, Consulting, or TechOur clients pursue competitive roles.
