Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all surgical services departments
- Direct and oversee nursing staff within Surgery, PACU, Pre-Op, Post-Op, and Gastroenterology units
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation guidelines
- Drive departmental performance through quality initiatives and process improvement
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation across the surgical services division
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to align surgical nursing operations with organizational goals
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for nursing within surgical services
- Support recruitment, retention, and professional development of nursing staff
- Monitor key performance indicators and report outcomes to senior leadership

Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license required
- Minimum of three years of experience in a Director-level role required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Advanced degree such as MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA strongly preferred
- Experience working in PACU, Pre-Op, Post-Op, Gastroenterology, and Surgery preferred
- Experience managing 60 or more full-time equivalents preferred
