Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent required
- Degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific discipline preferred
- Hospital or reference laboratory experience required
- Strong critical thinking and sound judgment required
- Ability to operate independently in a high-pressure environment required
- Master's degree in a scientific discipline or MBA preferred
- Previous Director-level laboratory leadership experience preferred
